About Us

Boundless was born from my experience as a marketing and strategy executive at a multi-billion-dollar Berkshire Hathaway company and later as a tech entrepreneur. Over 25 years, I led large cross-functional teams, hired hundreds of college graduates, and mentored dozens of young leaders, watching many of them go on to have very successful careers. I loved developing talent. I also know the value of forming close-knit groups of trusted peers—ask me about the Wild Rabbit Society sometime. For years, a small group of people I came to trust implicitly met weekly to support and challenge one another and each have had great success in our own careers.

Now, as an entrepreneur, I realized how much I missed those connections and helping others grow. That’s why I created Boundless—a private, trusted community where emerging leaders can develop, learn from each other, and accelerate their careers with the support of amazing peers.
